On December 13, it was with great sorrow and broken hearts that we had to send our loving Ivy Grace over the rainbow bride. She was our beloved rescue for over 12 years and our baby girl. Ivy had the biggest loving heart and loved everyone. Dr. Sarnelli was so compassionate and kind. Ivy loved the treats and affection Doctor gave her. She explained what was going to happen thoroughly so we had no surprises. She talked with us for a while and made us as comfortable as possible. She gave us all the time we needed to be with Ivy. We were never rushed, but the time had to come. When it was time to say our final goodbyes, we didn’t know if we could cope, but Ivy passed over in our arms peacefully and with dignity. We received Ivy’s paw print as a remembrance. Dr. Gina was so so kind and gentle. She wrapped Ivy in a paw covered blanket like swaddling a baby. All About Restful Pets was wonderful to work with. We got an appointment very quickly. I’m sorry, but we don’t remember the name of the person we spoke with to schedule the appointment, but she was so understanding. They even sent a thoughtful card a few days later. It is very sad when we must send our fur babies over the rainbow bridge, but for us having Ivy pass at home was the kindest last thing we could do for her. If you must say goodbye, we highly recommend All About Restful Pets. We want to thank you all for the kindness and generosity of spirit you gave to use at this very sad time.

Gina was so polite and compassionate when she came to our home to euthanize or beloved Labrador Retriever, Jake. It’s never easy to say goodbye to our pets, but Gina made this experience as easy as possible for us. She answered all of our questions and listened to our grief. I found that having our boy take his wings at home is far better than if we took him to our vet’s office. He was where he needed to be and he left us peacefully. Thank you to everyone at All About Restful Pets. Your work is not easy, it takes special people to do it.

We cannot say enough about Dr. Falcone and Bonnie. Making that call was so hard, but I was met with such genuine compassion. Dr. Falcone was able to come help our Sprocket across the rainbow bridge on a Saturday evening. She was so calm and explained everything. Her compassion and patience was outstanding. As awful as the day was, it truly could not have been a more perfect, peaceful passing for Sprocket. Thank you for the services your teams provides with so much understanding and love.

We have unfortunately had to put two of our wonderful pets down in the last year or so - our two 20-year-old kitties. Last week it was Cognac’s time to say goodbye after a lifetime of snuggles and purring. Dr. Falcone made sure it was a peaceful, loving process from start to finish. Thank you so much for helping us say goodbye to our sweet girl with dignity.

Dr. Falcone did not rush the process and explained everything she was doing during the entire procedure. Thank you very much for being part of this process of seeing my little one move onto Doggy Heaven. She gave us enough time with my dog after the fact and let us know that sometimes old age just takes its toll on animals, just like on us. Thank you for the kind words and helping my little one move onto a better place.
