As a member of the Pet Hospital category, All About Pets Veterinary Hospital aims to provide veterinary care for your beloved animal companions. Based on the available online reviews, customer experiences appear to vary, highlighting both positive aspects such as a polite, professional, and knowledgeable staff, as well as concerns regarding appointment policies and customer service interactions. This introduction seeks to provide an objective overview based on the feedback available.
Details regarding the specific environment of All About Pets Veterinary Hospital are not extensively described in the provided reviews. However, one positive review mentions a welcoming attitude towards all breeds of dogs, including pit bulls, which can suggest a non-judgmental and inclusive atmosphere within the clinic. This can be a significant factor for owners of certain breeds who may have faced negative experiences elsewhere. While this speaks to the staff's demeanor, it doesn't provide specific information about the physical environment such as waiting areas, examination rooms, or the overall cleanliness and comfort of the facilities. Prospective clients may wish to inquire directly about the clinic's environment to ensure it meets their expectations and their pet's needs.
Based on the limited information in the reviews, we can infer some of the services that All About Pets Veterinary Hospital likely offers, as well as some insights into their operational policies:
- General Veterinary Services: As a Pet Hospital, they likely provide a range of general veterinary services, including wellness exams, vaccinations, and treatment for common illnesses.
- Welcoming of All Breeds: One positive review explicitly mentions that they were welcoming and showed love to the reviewer's pit bulls, indicating a non-discriminatory approach towards dog breeds.
- Knowledgeable Staff: The staff is described as "extremely knowledgeable," which is a crucial aspect of quality veterinary care, suggesting that the team is well-informed and capable of providing accurate advice and treatment.
- Professional and Polite Demeanor: The staff is also noted for being "super polite and professional," which contributes to a positive client experience during interactions at the clinic.
- X-Ray Services: The negative review mentions that the clinic has an x-ray machine, indicating that this diagnostic service is available. This is an important tool for diagnosing various medical conditions.
- Requirement for Examination Fee Prior to Diagnostics: A point of contention in one review is the policy requiring a $100 exam fee before an x-ray can be performed, even when a prior diagnosis exists. This policy may be important for potential clients to be aware of.
- Appointment Policies: The differing experiences suggest that their appointment policies, particularly regarding diagnostic tests following a diagnosis from another vet, may need clarification for new clients.
The features of All About Pets Veterinary Hospital, as perceived by the reviewers, present a mixed picture:
- Positive Aspects:
- Inclusive Approach to Breeds: Welcoming all dog breeds, including those sometimes discriminated against, is a significant positive feature for owners of these breeds.
- Knowledge and Professionalism: The staff's knowledge and professional demeanor can instill confidence in the quality of care provided.
- Availability of X-Ray Services: Having on-site x-ray capabilities allows for quicker and more convenient diagnostic imaging.
- Negative Aspects (as reported by one reviewer):
- Strict Policy Regarding Exam Fees: Requiring a full exam fee even when a diagnosis exists and only an x-ray is needed was a point of dissatisfaction for one customer.
- Uncaring Customer Service (Phone Interaction): One reviewer described the phone interaction regarding the exam fee policy as "horrible" and "uncaring," leading to a negative perception of the clinic's customer service.
- Perceived Unwillingness to Accommodate Specific Situations: The reviewer with the kitten needing an x-ray felt that their questions about the exam fee led to the impression that their pet would be a "bad fit" for the clinic.

Jan 18, 2025 路 Jelsamina CasterlineI took my kitten to a vet and was told she had a heart murmur. The vet I was at didn't have an x-ray machine and recommended this place to me. I called to make an appointment and told them I already had a diagnosis and needed an x-ray. Apparently that's not how it works. I have to pay an exam fee of $100 before they can do an x-ray. But because I had some questions about that....i was told that my possibly dying kitty would be a bad fit for this place because I already seemingly had a problem with the exam fee. I ASKED A QUESTION is all I did. Please don't be fooled by the reviews that the staff is so nice....because the person who answered the phone when I called was the most horrible uncaring person I've ever spoken to in my life. Do yourselves a favor and find a different place to take your pets.
