Theft by deception. Paid $127.20 cash just to walk in the door for two cats yet no services were received. When the original appointment was made, I was given an estimate over the phone to which wasn't honored because Jennifer Connelly wanted to upcharge $900 claiming a heart murmur needed to be checked out before being given the necessary vaccines for a teeth cleaning and possible extractions; a scam operation to get more money. She never wrote a prescription for the other cat nor submitted it to my pharmacist. Wasting my time, money and putting the animals through an exam for nothing. For anyone reading this, you've been warned.

First time here at All about pets. With Luke my German Shepherd pup. Couldn't ask for more the team is family oriented and knowledgeable and very professional. Will not go anywhere else.

I'll start with a subject, I only needed rabies shots fur my fur babies, oh it's $30 ok ... But I have to pay for a exam and have one done too, What? I don't want a exam done, I just need the rabies shots, so after all this had been said I disagree with this practice. It's not right and not fair. The only reason I would have been going there is because I took someone up there and sit in with them and they seem to have had the respect and courtesy for others. Very polite staff, if they would had done just the rabies shots they would had me for the remaining of lifetime of my fur babies but with all being said I can go else where and get the rabies shots for less. It wasn't about spending the extra amount of money but to squeeze the extra money by making you do an exam is what I strongly disagree with. Doctor Jennifer I know you are great doctor/person and I really wish we could had done business together.
