I like the environment here, the staff has always been very nice and caring. Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because the phone and trying to reach someone can be difficult. I'm not sure if that's just the phone line having an issue or they are just busy every time I seem to call.? But It sometimes takes me a few calls to get through. Other than that, I love Alexis Road Animal Hospital and the staff love my dog, that's all I really care about. 😁

Dr. Raj is amazing. I have taken my puppy and cats to him and he is so attentive. He breaks down everything, possible causes and options for diagnostics. Absolutely impressed every time I go there. One of my cats was peeing or vomiting blood but I wasn’t sure which one or what was going on which is overwhelming when there is 3 of them...Well he found very quickly which one it was and they did an x-ray and found a bladder stone. Onto next steps but so grateful to have answers and a team that cares so much.

Dr Raj has been my dogs only doctor since birth. He is so caring and attentive to my little guy. Gets him care quickly whenever we need it. Raj is my favorite vet that I’ve ever had for any of my animals. Very compassionate.

I called on Friday morning and was lucky enjoy to get an appointment the same day, (my pup had some tumors on his legs) we opted for removal and lucked out again and he had surgery the following Monday (yesterday) They let us know our options and were not pushy at all about which direction we should go. The staff here is AMAZING, I didn't feel like just another number or their next mortgage payment... Tyler, you ROCK! Maria, you are AWESOME! Dr. Raj... THANK YOU for taking such good care of my boy... Ya'll let me have my meltdown before his surgery, I trusted he was on excellent hands and was not disappointed! I will recommend you to ANYONE I know that has pets (which honestly is just about everyone I know!) Thank you again for the EXCELLENT care you have Hugo!

I’ve been taking my pets here for a decade now and all of my experiences have been incredibly positive. Both doctors (Dr. Jess and Dr. Raj) have treated my cats and dog and they’ve been nothing short of amazing, including every single tech we’ve ever interacted with and the front desk staff. They’ve been kind, caring, and gone above and beyond more than once. My 9 year old cat had to have dental surgery today and even though I was incredibly anxious, what helped the most was knowing he would be in great hands. I trust the staff and send everyone I can their way. I can’t say enough positive things about this vet clinic. Thanks to everyone there for being awesome.
