I took a newborn kitten today because I had a feeling it wasn't doing okay. I would say about 4-5 days old. Reason for the visit, I wanted to make sure she was okay, it wasn't yelling like babies do. The staff was nice, and the doctor was nice too. But unfortunately they didn't do the correct procedure to make sure this kitten was okay fully. We had given her formula for baby kittens thinking it was okay but we didn't know there were newborn formulas too. The doctor checked her heart and head I believe and said everything was okay, just weak. But once I left I still had a feeling she wasn't okay, I did some research and found out about the newborn formula. I quickly ran to the store to buy some and feed it to her. But unfortunately as of 8:30pm today 4/14/25 she passed away. My heart hurts a lot as I have a lot of love for animals. But unfortunately this clinic didn't do their best. I hope they read this and know I mean no hate to anyone or doctor. I just simply hope you learn and understand for the next time someone brings a kitten or puppy, or any other animal, that you please go that extra mile to make sure they are 100% okay before they leave.

Apr 15, 2025 · Batman (Not really batman)We took our two cats Malala and Eloise there. We appreciate that the doctor Randha was fast, careful, and efficient when he examined them and gave each of them the rabies and FLV vaccines. It was affordable as well- we paid 118$ in total.
Nov 26, 2024 · Eva OttumWe had an appointment at 10:00 arrived at 9:58 and called I pushed button to speak to person to let them know we had arrived. Stayed on hold for ever no one answered we went in two ladies on the phone, that's why no one answered when I called, and to busy to sign me in. A rude lady came out and spoke down to us like she was doing us a favor not the other way around. Without customers they will not have a job. Ma be they should get a larger building to handle the business and be a little bit more professional in attitude
Apr 07, 2025 · brad omanI wanted to say thank you to this wonderful animal hospital for taking good care of my 9month old kitten. I have been taking my kitten in with them since he was 4weeks old and will continue because I know I can trust them. I took my cat in today for surgery to remove a lump and biopsy but after removing his hair for surgery they were able to see clearly that no surgery was necessary and was a skin dermatitis issue and treated him for that instead of pushing a un necessary procedure. They truly care about animals! 💗
Feb 01, 2025 · Ashley HDon’t ever trust this place to take care of your animals.. had to take him to court when they didn’t care for our cat properly! They left him in his urine n his leg skin came apart! Had to take to another vet, n it was touch n go for weeks, took him to court n he only paid for 1/2 the costs when it was his fault we had to take to another vet! Animal liver beware!!
