I cannot express enough to how grateful and thankful I am to the entire staff at AAC! Our first visit was on Wednesday they kept my baby Bella overnight and didn't charge us. She had a severe infection in her uterus and had to be spaded. Thank you Doctor Hall and Rachel for making Bella feel comfortable and welcomed. You guys are the best we will continue to come to the clinic!

Another poignant review details the compassionate support received when a feline companion was diagnosed with cancer and ultimately had to be sent "over the rainbow bridge." The staff's caring nature extended to sending a sympathy card with a picture of the beloved pet, signed by the entire team, solidifying their reputation as "angels" in the eyes of grieving pet owners. These testimonials underscore the clinic's commitment to treating pets "like family" and prioritizing both their medical needs and emotional well-being, as well as providing strong support to pet parents during challenging times. Many clients express that they would not go anywhere else for their pet's care, citing the personable and caring approach of the entire team, from doctors to aides and receptionists.

Albion Animal Center is part of the Pine Hollow Veterinary Services family, which also includes Animal Hospital of Meadville and Western Reserve Animal Clinic. This affiliation suggests a network of expertise and shared resources, further enhancing the quality of care provided. The center's vision statement emphasizes a "hometown feel" for clients and patients, aiming to be among the most caring and capable hospitals in the area. They strive to educate clients on the best methods to raise their four-legged family members, with tenured staff readily available to provide guidance and support.

My feline best friend was brought in with a limp. The diagnosis of cancer was devastating, but the staff was so caring. We ended up sending her over the rainbow bridge, and they were caring and so very compassionate. They even sent me a sympathy card with a picture of my girl taken there that was signed by the staff. They will be my first and only choice any time I'm in need of pet care. Those folks are angels. I can't thank them enough.

I cannot say enough good about Albion Animal Center and all of their staff. They are always there when I need them and are quick to get my pet in when there is a problem. Their kindness and flexibility is much appreciated. Dr. Imbur's knowledge is exceptional. Thank you for taking such good care of Dexter!

First time bringing my GSD to Albion Animal Center. Needless to say, I will be coming back for all of Addie’s veterinary needs. From the receptionist, to the vet techs, to the amazing Marla Hall, it was a wonderful experience. You ladies did an amazing job making Addie and myself comfortable. If you want quality care, knowledgable staff, friendly service, and confidence that your fur baby is in good hands, this is the place to go!! Thank you for all you do and keep up the hard work!

UPDATE: I will leave my previous comments from my initial two star review here for context and information, but I felt it important to update my review after my ongoing experience. Following my initial review the director of the center called me directly and discussed the mishap with the groomer and apologized. She very kindly agreed to correct the issue and clean up my cat’s fur. So today we went back and she did a great job cleaning him up. He looks SO much better. I am grateful for her attention to my concern. So appreciative of of their accountability and the resolution. ORIGINAL: The primary reason I am writing this is because, as you can see, my cat was very poorly groomed. I didn’t see it when I went to pick him up because he was in the carrier, but as soon as I let him out at home I saw the terrible job. He had gone in for a shave because he’s overweight and can’t groom himself well and gets knots, but there is NO reason for this to be the result. He may be a cat but he deserves the same level of grooming as a dog gets. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because the majority of staff were incredibly polite both on the phone and in person. The groomer… never again.
