This place is absolutely wonderful! Dedicated solely to cats, the doctors here are absolutely fantastic. Very caring, knowledgeable and absolutely thorough when it comes to examining your kitty. They are about a 25 Mi ride from my house, but worth every mile to get there. Highly recommended for Specialist Care or just regular cat check-ups.

Alamo Feline Health Center Introduce

Alamo Feline Health Center is a unique veterinary clinic located at 16201 San Pedro Ave, Hollywood Park, TX 78232. Specializing exclusively in feline health care, this establishment has become a trusted name among cat owners who are looking for compassionate and expert care for their beloved pets. The clinic offers a wide range of services, from routine check-ups to specialized treatments, ensuring that cats receive the highest standard of veterinary care.

One of the standout features of Alamo Feline Health Center is its focus on felines only. This allows the veterinary team to develop deep expertise in cat-specific health issues, behaviors, and medical needs. The clinic’s environment is designed with cats in mind, providing a calm and stress-free atmosphere that helps make visits easier for both pets and their owners.

Alamo Feline Health Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM, and closed on Sundays. This schedule allows cat owners to bring their pets in for care during convenient hours without feeling rushed.

Customers have shared mixed feedback about their experiences at Alamo Feline Health Center. Many appreciate the clinic’s dedication to feline health and the expertise of its veterinary team. One satisfied customer described the doctors as "absolutely fantastic," highlighting their caring, knowledgeable, and thorough approach to examining cats. This positive sentiment is echoed by many who praise the clinic for its specialized care and attention to detail.

However, there have also been instances where customers feel let down by the clinic. One particularly disappointing experience involved a request for paw prints in ink for a deceased cat that went unfulfilled. This led to significant emotional distress for the owner, who had already expressed their desire for this final keepsake. While the clinic aims to provide compassionate care, this instance serves as a reminder of the importance of clear communication and attention to detail in meeting customer expectations.

Despite this isolated negative experience, Alamo Feline Health Center remains a preferred choice for many cat owners seeking specialized veterinary care. Their commitment to feline health and well-being continues to attract clients who value the expertise and dedication of their team.

I am so angry with this clinic. You are a cat clinic correct? So you are supposed to carry and support compassion for senior cats who are that the end of their life ? I am baffled after you took my mother in the clinic for our 16 year old cailey cat , knew she was heartbroken, crying and so lost because she knows her kitty is going to pass that day and HEARD my mom day VERBALLY she wanted her cailey kitties paw prints in ink… because she couldn’t afford for clay paw prints. She knew she said that and asked for ink paw prints, she was on her knees crying in the yard when she got a SYMPATHY card that was probably already typed up w a small handwritten sympathy note but no paw prints…. And by the time my mom called the cremation services , they said there was never any note and she was already gone … there is absolutely no amount of sorries or sympathy you could give her now for a horrible mistake you made. She is never coming to you guys for our kitties or cats again… because how could you say you care and then go against her wishes for paw prints… that cat is forever gone and that was her one thing. I have nothing but cold anger. How could one simple thing not be done properly ? This one thing is causing the highest amount of grief. RIP Cailey kitty , I miss you so much and the whole family wishes we had your paw prints 🐾 ❤️ you’re our forever baby.

I'd give Alamo Feline MORE stars if I could!! I just want to give my deepest thanks to the entire team- all of whom are absolutely incredible: the Doctors, Veterinary Team, Front office, all the women who gave me detailed updates on how Dasha was doing the 3 days she was there for Radiotherapy & knew I was an absolute wreck just dropping her off; the Doctor who was so sweet & knew my dad was also going through radiation @ the time. I don't know what I would've done if this center didn't exist- the ONLY place that does Ionized Radiation for cats in the entire state of TX. (Also, their themed rooms are the cutest!) Ladasha has been there for me through many difficult hardships, is a registered ESA, and means more to me than anyone could fully understand- (including our old vet, who tried to tell me this "wasn't worth it, bc of her age"; yet now has a whole 2nd decade with me!)- the fact she's healthy due to this team & facility is more than I could ever ask for. ~THANK YOU, ALAMO FELINE! ♥️🐈‍⬛🐾~

Want vets who only treats cats, are board certified in feline health, and just all around love cats? The whole staff is amazing! They really care about your pet, AND YOU. They include you in the care they recommend and never make you feel rushed to decisions. Mostly women, friendly and gentle, you will not be disappointed.

I took my cat Nugget to Alamo Feline Health Center for the first time , a distance of 261 miles each way and I was nervous in leaving him for a week. But after conversing with the doctor and seeing how he'll be cared for, I felt better doing so. I appreciate the time Dr. Norsworthy took to help me better understand what they were going to do. Nugget is in good hands and of course I'll be able to get him in a few days after treatment. The receptionists in the front were also very kind and friendly. When I got there, I arrived an hour early and they said after a long drive, I could get something to eat and they'd take Nugget for me which they did. They made me feel like I'd been there many times before and that was helpful for me because I hated to leave my cat for a week so many miles away. Everyone there was so friendly and considerate. I wish they were in the Valley where I could take my cats there as needed. I guess I need to move to San Antonio!! Many thanks to the doctor and his staff.
