I have taken 2 dogs and 3 cats into this clinic and it has been a great experience every time . This last visit was with my youngest dog who has been in training for dog reactivity and she is very nervous around people . They were very gentle with her and made the day for both of us a lot easier . I have used a couple other clinics in the past, but this one is by far the best. Thank yall for what you do !!

I was very nervous when I took my baby in yesterday. She was abused by her past owner so she is not a fan of men, being around people she does not know she can trust, and kennels. I put this on my paperwork months before the appointment but assumed they would not remember because they have a lot of animals coming through. As soon as I said her name, they knew all about her, made sure she had a female working with her, and allowed her to wear her comfort sweatshirt. They made her and me feel very comfortable. They took great care of her and it was affordable. I'm so thankful for the wonderful people who work there and all the good they do for our community.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. This was the first pet (Milo) that I have ever had to get neutered. They provide his shots and flea treatment as well at a reasonably inexpensive price. I would take all of my future pets here for their 1st visit!!

Really happy, and thankful for their services. I had to pay a good bit because I don't live in Montgomery. They ask for a donation, and I do wish the people paying as low as $10.00, would make even a five dollar donation. It would be very sad for them to have to go out of business. Very organized!

Processes down to efficient pace but a bit more personal touches and updating lobby are would be refreshing. Quality work our male mini teddy bear goldendoodle was healed in 7days! Calling for a correction to our paperwork was handled very quickly. Donate if able.

The price was affordable and getting to and from the pick up was fine my issue is my cat was 3 years old had no issues she was totally a house cat both her and her sister both had just gone to the vet, all was well. Cotton was checked in to be spayed and unfortunately she didn’t check out. I was hurt and floored, I understand things happen but saying we don’t know what happened is unacceptable. I was told she was fine, made it Thru surgery well, first check was doing great; but when we went to pack her up to go home she was dead. I loved my cat I appreciated the surgeon calling me and attempting to tell me something. Due to what happened my other cat Tiger the sister to Cotton will not be getting Spayed this was a very difficult and hurtful situation to navigate. End result we accepted cotton back in a box that was placed in the carrier and we then went straight to her South College Vet who will complete the end of journey procedures RIP cotton.
