I'm so happy I was recommended to come here. My previous vet began to unreasonably charge for services and I needed to figure out why my puppy started to decline so quickly. The front staff got me the day of my call and Dr. A worked so hard to problem solve. Unfortunately after performing a litany of lab work and testing, there was no answer as to why she was sick. What made the experience less painful was Dr. A not making me feel inhuman for making the decision to put my puppy down. Cost to perform more testing would have been astronomical and would have caused more unnecessary suffering to my puppy. Dr. Johnson also helped provide reassurance and amazing support as my dog crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. What a great provider to bring your pet babies too.

My pet passed away in our home. We wanted it that way. Unfortunately, we did not know that the vet clinic we dropped our last pet off to changed owners to Lovet, formerly the Goodyear Animal Hospital and Grooming. I called and called and called to no avail. No answer. No service. I then called several in the area, for example, Gentle Hearts and Palm Valley animal clinic (Palm Valley representative said they were ready to close up, even though I still had about 35 minutes. What service is this. Good reviews? Nah, they're just selling you crap for you $$$). No help. No sympathy/empathy, no nothing. I wouldn't be a long- term investment, why would they help me. I called this clinic to see if they were willing to receive my pet, and they were more than welcoming. As soon as I arrived, they were concerned about my privacy and took me straight to a room to have some more time with my pet. Not one mention of them closing soon or hurrying me up. They provided some of the best customer service I have received in my whole 37 years of life. I was able to say my last goodbyes and get some paws for remembrance. I think I just found my new vet clinic. Speaks volume what they did. One thing I forgot to mention. Blue Pearl Pet hospital accepts deceased pet; however, it is mandatory you buy their third-party cremation package. That is what was said to me. This vet clinic didn't give me any requirements.

Absolute great experience. We all know our pets are family and the amount of love we have for them. Its important to find a vet that understand that, well here they do. I didnt get her name but the receptionist is awesome, super friendly, and has empathy to customer's over bearing love for their animal. My kitty broke a tooth, I left her at home due to work and just off a pictuee they were helpful with information. This had been my first visit & I will be back for anythig my baby girl needs. Thank you again! 2 week update, her incision area has healed absolutely perfect. Whoever did it you have some amazing skills! No issues, light cleaning daily with warm water and cotton balls, no infection. Thank you again for taking such good care of her we cant thank you enough

Their team of professionals are knowledgeable and caring. For the past 15 years, we have taken our furry babies for vaccines and treatments to this veterinarian location. They are friendly and equipped with the technology to keep us up to date on treatments and follow up visits. Highly recommend them, they’ve earned our trust.

Very professional and affordable! They took awesome care of my disabled cat, Halo. And because they're more affordable than others, that allowed me to get her taken care of. Otherwise, I couldn't afford it. Leslie, who is an awesome employee there, suggested the clinic to me, and I'm so happy she did! Thank you guys!!
