Hello, my previous dog was a patient here he passed a few months ago and we were trying to bring our new puppy in for a new patient appt which was quoted at 2 hours time frame. Since the last time I came I did not realize how much traffic had increased (used to be a 9 min drive now is 26) so got stuck in traffic and called ahead to notify that I would be only 4 minutes behind schedule which most people would not have done. Doctor Pastori told the office girl to tell me to back home and come back a different day. I apologized for running behind schedule however this was unnecessarily rude and clearly an attempt to just get off early on a Friday. I asked if I was going to be there for TWO HOURS what does 4 minutes late matter? I have never had such a rude doctor and feel extremely angry about being treated that way after I took off work + arranged child care to be there but was turned away when I was only 3 minutes away only because I was nice enough to give notice? This clinic is allowing Doctor Pastori to treat patients extremely rude and when pets are part of the family you do not want a rude vet handling a family member. I will changing vets after this because there’s too many in the service area who are nicer to have to put up with that kind of behavior from a lazy doctor who wants to rush home rather than care for your family members.
