ACHIEVE Veterinary Urgent Care

The staff here are beyond excellent and compassionate. Even when we came in just shy of 20 minutes of closing time, they were patient and caring. A couple of days ago, we brought in our sweet dog for her ongoing seizures, a condition she had for almost a year with a sad progressive prognosis due to her age and was managed with the maximum amount of medication at that point. We brought her in with the hope it could be treated, but we also knew deep down that this might be the time to say goodbye. The vets here offered to get us transferred to the emergency vet but also gently reminded us that the likely course of action that would occur there, could be offered here with less rush. So we decided with heavy hearts to ease our pup’s suffering. The compassion and empathy that was shared by the staff, especially to my grieving family members made this whole process softer; I can’t share my gratitude enough. They allowed us to take our time with our goodbyes, allowed us to wait for more of our family to arrive to say their goodbyes too. They offered us water and tissues which helped immensely. The room they put us in was such a tranquil and comforting environment where we shared our final moments with our darling dog that has accompanied us for more than a decade. She was provided a peaceful passing that we had hoped to give her ever since we learned of her condition. Thank you ACHIEVE for your gentle manner in supporting us in that difficult hour.

I was not familiar with Achieve until our trusted vet of many years recommended them when we had an emergency with one of our dogs. I called to see if they were right place for our situation vs the ER vet and Omi was so helpful over the phone and her tone was incredibly kind and caring which was much appreciated during a moment of panic I was having. We were seen promptly when we arrived and I cannot say enough about how wonderful both the techs and Dr. Jones were. I truly felt like we were in great hands. Dr. Jones showed me each of our dog’s X-rays and walked me through what we were looking at in each. I felt well informed too throughout the process and appreciate that they share estimates for all treatments throughout so it’s not a surprise at the end. The facility is also really nice, new, and very clean. I’m extremely happy with the level of care we received and while I wish we hadn’t needed it, I’m glad we now know of a trusted place to go if we are in need in the future.

Achieve deserves more than 5 stars! Facility is modern, fresh and clean. The staff are welcoming, gentle and friendly. Dr.Jones and Dr.Nolan are the most compassionate and caring people. A significant amount of knowledge both individually and collectively. Our 12 year old Pitt/staffy mix was having an escalating eye issue that they figured out almost immediately. They worked together to educate us and give us treatment options while also updating us on costs as things changed. Very reasonably priced for urgent care. Other vets should take notes b/c the level of care we received here is hard to find. They treated us and our Onyx with so much care - you could truly feel the love they have for what they do but also for animals as a whole. We love Achieve and will recommend Dr.Jones and Dr.Nolan to anyone in need of urgent care for their pets.

Dr. Stevie Jones is awesome 😎 was a very smooth and easy experience with our cat Luffy who decided to fall and hurt himself. I called and was seen right away. The practice is absolutely amazing and super clean and organized as well. Definitely worth the visit and I will spread the word of this place. ❤️

This is a great place to take your pet when your regular vet is closed. My cat was sick on a Sunday with a UTI, and I didn't want to wait until the work week to get it treated. The emergency vets in my area had four hour waits, but I could easily make a same day appointment with Achieve and pick the time I wanted to come. My cat was quickly treated, and we were sent home with medication and prescription food. The staff was kind and friendly.
