I was so relieved after this visit. I rescued my dog and found out he has heart worms. I spent time researching a cost-effective treatment. I learned that a cap full of apple cider vinegar in his water provides a slow kill treatment. It kills all the baby worms, and the adult worms take 5 to 7 years to die. I brought my dog in for treatment to treat the damage already done and start what I thought would be a monthly expense for the rest of his life, aside from the regular heart guard prevention. To my surprise, the doctor was going to prescribe a slow kill treatment. I explained about the apple cider vinegar, and he agreed that it was a good source of treatment. He prescribed a steroid and antibiotic to be taken for 1 month. In total, I spent $130 to treat my rescue dog for heart worms. I was so relieved. Ty

Update: 12/22/24 this is a wonderful Dr. & staff. Thank you for all that you do. Thank you for serving your community and offering reasonable & effective care. I had to bring my dog in for an ingrown toenail and they took care of her and got us what we needed. Straight to the point. 01/05/25 Had to bring my other dog today. Grateful for Dr. Hao C. Lan & staff at Ace Veterinary Clinic. The doctor has been experiencing a medical situation himself lately (reason the staff has to talk for him) and even then he is working to treat the community’s pets. May God bless and heal him from whatever he’s going through.

Brought a stray cat in with a severe eye injury & got her exam, antibiotics, rabies & other shots & tested for diseases all for a reasonable price. Was given recommendations for a clinic to have her eye removed. I’ve been here a year ago for another feral that needed medical attention and it went well. Today I saw Nicole and Angela and they were professional. Dr. Lan was efficient and did a thorough exam. He can’t talk I’m guessing due to a medical condition, but he is still working and caring for animals at a reasonable price. His techs voice his notes that he writes and I got my questions answered that way. I’m thankful for a Vet clinic I can afford to take my very sick feral cats to. Any other clinic would be out of my price range to care for my colony of feral/semi-feral cats that I TNR. I hope that whatever Dr. Lan is going thru with his voice he will find healing. Thank you for all you do & Happy New Year.

I have been taking my 5 pets here for a couple of years. Never had any issues until today. Abigail, who i never had the displeasure of meeting before was awful. She was rude, aggressive and condescending. I asked for a few minutes to decide on heartworm and she immediately became confrontational and guilt tripping. Bc of her, I do not plan to ever return to this clinic. The rest of the staff is and always has been great.
