Very nice staff and Dr's... It's like you're in a nice "human" ER...I take that back... Its nicer... They are compassionate, yet realistic and understanding about the horrible choices we sometimes have to make based upon financial means. Their prices seem high... but they're not... I checked around... It costs a lot to be open 24/7...Bottom line, in my humble opinion, they run a great hospital. People... Pray for my Halo...

This is the worst 24 hour pet emergency facility. My dog was in their care for nine hours without any pain medication or anabiotic today. I am going to pick it in front of this building and warn everyone from the horrible stuff that they have if my dog wasn’t attacked by another dog, I would’ve stopped and read the reviews. That was my first mistake. Please read the reviews. Tomorrow morning Monday Fox News is scheduled to interview me so I can share my story. Doctors nurses front desk personnel, the entire staff is unable to reach their pet owners to communicate on the status of their four-legged family member. they have been sued multiple times and each time they have lost their lawsuit. Many dogs have also died in their hands. One person return to pick up his deceased dog and they disposed of it without his permission. Also, the five star reviews they have are made by the staff. You can clearly see the picture of the people of the people who work here, that is against all Google reviews rule however, there’s nothing that the can do.

My dog Greta had a Cranial Cruciate Tear and needed a TPLO surgery to repair her left hind leg. I went through quite a bit of stress looking for the best hospital and surgeon for her as I am new to the LA area and this is the first time she’s needed surgery. After doing a lot of research and calling around I felt very comfortable choosing Access Specialty in Pasadena. Once I met with Dr. Naiman, Tanya, and the rest of the surgical team, I was very comfortable and happy with my decision to have them perform her surgery. Dr. Naiman has a long list of credentials and was very thorough in explaining everything in detail so we felt more at ease. He was so nice and made me feel really comfortable through such a nerve wracking situation. I would highly recommend him and his team for any orthopedic surgery. We have a long recovery ahead of us and I’m so happy to have them as our resource for our girl.

We were referred to ACCESS Pasadena for a specialist consultation for repeated blood in our beloved dog’s urine. We met with Dr. Howard and her team who were all incredibly sweet, sympathetic, patient and helpful. They offered us two possible treatment plans and we went with one of them to start. They helped us navigate the insurance plan we have to help cover the costs. The facility was extremely clean and modern. Not only was our dog cared for but we felt emotionally supported by everyone we came across that worked there. The front desk staff was efficient, friendly and overall awesome folks! Thank you!!

Amazing staff! We took our puppy in on New Year’s Day and the whole team was very attentive and assuring. Thankfully our pup was ok but the next day we also received a follow up call just to make sure he was still doing ok!
