My kitty girl gets a UTI once every 2 years, almost like clockwork. I brought her in and they quoted me over $1,000 to run a ton of tests, the woman manhandled my baby, and the place overall was not good. I didn't see all the reviews until I was leaving and I took my baby away to another vet. The reviews are true: don't bring your baby here, you will be quoted for an insane amount of things and your baby will not be handled with care.

Mar 22, 2025 · Kat BroadwayDon’t bring your fur babies here. My rescue group will never use them again. We did not like the overnight stay after a spaying, I have never had to at other places before. They sent her home with a hard cone that was taped together and then secured to a collar that was way too tight for her, and the cone was not clean. They informed me I would have to go back to have the stitches removed which also I’ve never had to do with other places before. Her incision was horrendous! The last place I went to I could barely find the incision and no stitches needed to be removed. I will never go back there again Not even to have the stitches removed.
Mar 08, 2025 · Diane McDonoughIf you have a small inkling that you might have an emergency, DO NOT bring your fur babies here!!! We brought in my cat Duke this past Tuesday (1/30/24). He was panting. We paid our office visit and went to the back room. A girl had us hold him to be able to take a rectal temperature. It stressed him out so bad that he couldn't breathe at all. The lady who worked there just stood there and watched him as he was struggling to breathe. I screamed at her to go get the doctor. I had to drop to the floor to try to give him CPR. And he died right in front of us. I went to the hall and was screaming where was the doctor?! And the lady at the front desk screamed back at me that the other lady was getting him. Very rude and no empathy at all! I was frantic and crying. It took the doctor forever to reach us and by the time he did all he did was confirm that our baby died. I was screaming and crying and they just left the office and said nothing. We put our baby back in his carrier and left. Will NEVER go here again. It was an absolute traumatic experience. Please don't bring your fur babies here if they are sick. We learned the hard way. RIP to our baby Duke.
Feb 02, 2024 · Miranda IrachetaI took my fur baby in not knowing that she would need emergency surgery. The team at Abbott Animal Clinic immediately took great care of her and for that I am grateful. Thanks to all the wonderful staff there from Coco and I.
Mar 29, 2023 · Kristi DavisI don’t know how this place is still open. I took my kitten here when I came home from work and found his paw swollen to about 3x the normal size. Turns out it was just a bug bite but I wanted to be safe. I took him in because my normal vet was closed. When we were in the exam room, the doctor shaved his paw and cut him, didn’t address that. And the vet tech held him by the name of his neck and pointed his head away from the doctor while saying “don’t look at the doctor”. TWICE IN A ROW. Then these lowly deplorable humans showed me an X-Ray of what looked like an earring or paper clip he had supposedly swallowed. They told me if he doesn’t pass it, that he’ll likely die and I should bring him in if he doesn’t. I sifted through every one of his poops with clear gloves and put it through a strainer for 11 days. He never swallowed anything, they just wanted the money for the surgery they were willing to put him under for unnecessarily. The reviews say peoples animals have GONE MISSING. They also prescribed a drug metacam that is known to cause renal failure in cats and is highly controversial and recommended not to use in cats. Karma will get you if it hasn’t already.
