Dr. Martínez and his staff are absolutely the best. I have taken my fur babies to him for years. Not only does he and his staff treat them as their own, they give the utmost care to all patients. Dr. Martinez gives you the best options on how to give the best life for your fur baby. When I’m not sure of what is wrong with my dogs, I give them a call and they are quick to respond with the correct care. I recommend him to all of my family and friends who currently have fur babies, you won’t be disappointed. He is the word of professional, caring, precise, and very knowledgeable.

I’d advise anyone that has a sick pet or a pet in need of serious medical attention to NOT come here ! These people are absolutely disgusting, rude and they have no compassion for others whatsoever . I came here to put my baby down. The back staff and tech were completely disrespectful, cursing, screaming and laughing near our door and speaking badly about our situation. No remorse or care in the world knowing that the clinic was full of other clients. Something I’ve never experienced before. I wasn’t able to hold my baby while she was being layed to rest even though she was sedated basically sleeping. The doctor did not go over what he was doing. He did not explain the process so I was completely in the dark. He looked lost and did not know how to speak to us going through this process. As an example the doctor placed the stethoscope upside-down on her chest to confirm she was gone and noticed shortly after and flipped it to the correct side. I would never trust any other pet to be in their care. Only the front desk staff were helpful and very sweet. Only reason this place is still standing has to go to their front desk staff. Gilly is an angel as well as the office manager.

If I could give a thousand stars I would, if I could give an infinite amount of stars I would. This clinic, this team, Dr. Martinez, they’re all such a wonderful group of people. I have 3 cats and it’s always a great visit! In fact today I took all 3 for their wellness visit and one of my cats needed an xray and she came back PURRING!!! That alone says how amazing they are, I’m never scared or stressed about taking my fur babies to the vet because I know it’s always going to a good experience for them and for me! 100% recommend to anyone and everyone that has cats or dogs!!

I have been taking my pets to Aardvark for 40 years. They have always been stellar!! Always accommodating and caring. I’ve NEVER had any issues with them. I’ve always followed the advice of the veterinarian. I’m appalled at the accusations these people who haven’t even been there are making because of a one sided story they heard. They need to stop looking to place blame on others. I LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE ENTIRE STAFF!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM IF I COULD GIVE A MILLION STARS ⭐️ I WOULD.

Great vet. Saved my pup when he had a prostate infection. Had taken him to another pet hospital that charged triple and they were not even able to provide a diagnosis for him. Aardvark was able to get him treated in time and he had a full recovery. Recommend this place to everyone. And they were all super nice.
