Our beautiful 19 year old cat Lacey was extremely ill. We knew she was suffering and knew she needed to be euthanized. VCA was absolutely amazing. They were very understanding, patient, empathetic and professional. We were give a complimentary imprint of our sweet Lacey's paw print so we could have a little piece of her with us always. A few days later, VCA send us a hand written sympathy card. I would highly recommend VCA to anyone looking for caring, compassionate people who really take the time and value pets as members of people's families.

Great service and staff. I thought I would have to put my cat down I was glad to find out I was wrong., Some antibiotics and he'll be good as new. Ten days went and the wound is healing well. I'm thrilled I can still love my buddy.

Took care of our girl Lucy who had a weird sudden loss of bark. They loved her and gave her great care and she is back to her normal noisey self... Thank you doctors, nurses and staff!

They have taken care of our little rescue for 4 years so when she was hurt in a fight they stitched her up quicker than my daughter at "urgent care"

Called for emergency and got an answer that they can divert us to another hospital an hour away. This is not professional, can be called animal cruelty. Very upset, don’t call it emergency hospital if you can not accommodate emergency…
