4 Paws Urgent Care

This is my new favorite vets office!!!! My poor rattie Strata hurt her foot and it was super swollen. And she seemed to be in alot of pain, I wasn’t really even sure what happened. There is only 1-2 ER vets that will see exotics in the area and unfortunately no one could see her as it’s not an urgent injury and their caseload was super high. I was given the number for this office I believe by Oakland county vet referral services. I called same day but they were about to close for the day. They got strata in right away the next morning. The vet was so incredibly kind and was petting her and talking to her which most don’t always like to handle rats. She ended up having a bite wound on her foot! She got fixed up and is all better now! No trying to charge me for services she didn’t need or anything like that. Their office is super nice, they have Late hours and can generally see you same day. I’m not going anywhere else now! Thank you everyone for being so kind to both Strata and me ❤️🐀

This place is the best! I love the urgent care option when the vet doesn’t have availability yet better than the Emergency room. I Have brought my dog here for two different issues and Dr. Jennifer S is the best around! Her and her staff go above and beyond for my dog, and myself whenever we are there. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!

My cat suffered an eye injury and needed to be seen same day but our primary vet was completely booked, so they recommended calling 4 Paws Urgent Care to ask if they could see her instead. The receptionist was very kind and understood the urgency and was able to fit her in within a half hour!! The facility seems to be brand new and the inside is cozy and welcoming. My cat is a bit spicy with strangers so I always get nervous about how the staff will react, but they were unfazed and were play joking with me (and her) about her melodramatic antics. The vet and the tech were very sweet ans compassionate and took the time to numb her eye before staining it so it wouldn’t sting. I am so thankful they got us in because she had a HUGE ulcer that was likely very painful. They put her on gabapentin and antibiotic eye drops, and the tech even stayed in the room to teach me how to give her the eye drops and help me do it the first time. Everyone was so kind and helpful and never once made me feel like I was a burden or bother (like some other places do if they have to squeeze you in last minute). But the icing on the cake was the surprisingly reasonable price for the visit and medication, which for once didn’t cost me a fortune. Overall, I was so impressed with our visit to 4 Paws and can’t say enough good things about the staff. I’m even considering making them my primary vet because of how wonderful our experience was! Five stars all around. Thank you, 4 Paws!!

What a great experience! As luck would have it, my dog (who fractured her foot) started chewing at her splint and at that hour, our regular vet was closed for the weekend and referred us to 4 Paws. I was able to get an appointment for that morning. The vet tech was great and so was Dr. Bawa. They brought me back to show we what was going on and re-splinted her. I felt that the treatment was just what she needed and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you Dr. Bawa and team for making our appointment such a paw-sitive experience!

Professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff. This is officially my go-to urgent care. I’ve utilized services, for both of my dogs, here. Limited wait times. Vets, vet techs and receptionists, are all compassionate, and great with communication. They adapt to anything I have brought their way, and I appreciate it! Would come here, time-and-time again!.
