Brought my 15 month old pup into 4 Legged Friends this afternoon for our first experience at this clinic. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The owner was the vet that did the wellness examination for my dog. Like many dogs, he was a little nervous about the experience, but the vet and her assistant did a great job working with him. The vet also did a great job listening to my questions and took the time to provide helpful feedback. Price is about what you would expect to pay for vet services currently. I do give them bonus points for being transparent about their exam pricing over the initial phone call to schedule the appointment. During my search to find a new vet, I found out that many places now like to withhold pricing details over the phone. So being upfront with me over the phone definitely helped with trusting them with the care of my dog. An overall very positive experience that leaves me confident to continue going forward with them as my go to clinic in the future.

The focus is on creating a professional yet warm environment where pets can feel as relaxed as possible during their visit, and owners can feel confident in the care their animals are receiving.
4 Legged Friends offers a wide spectrum of veterinary services, addressing the diverse health needs of pets. These services typically encompass general wellness and preventive care, which are crucial for maintaining your pet's long-term health. This includes routine physical examinations, which are the cornerstone of preventive medicine, allowing veterinarians to detect potential health issues early. Vaccinations are another vital component, protecting pets from common and often serious diseases. Additionally, parasite control programs, including flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, are essential to keep your pet healthy and free from common ailments. Beyond preventive care, the clinic is equipped to handle various medical conditions, offering diagnostic services such as blood work, urinalysis, and potentially imaging services like X-rays to accurately diagnose illnesses. Dental care is also a key service, as oral health significantly impacts a pet's overall well-being. This can include professional dental cleanings, extractions, and advice on at-home dental hygiene. For more serious situations, 4 Legged Friends likely provides surgical services, ranging from routine spays and neuters to more complex soft tissue surgeries. They also offer nutritional counseling, helping owners make informed decisions about their pet's diet to support optimal health and manage weight. One of the standout features of 4 Legged Friends, frequently highlighted by client testimonials, is their commitment to compassionate and transparent service. Customers consistently praise the staff and veterinarians for their courteous and helpful demeanor. A recurring theme in reviews is the ability of the veterinary team, including the owner and veterinarian, to work effectively with nervous pets, making their experience as positive as possible. This empathetic approach is invaluable, especially for pets who may be anxious or stressed in a clinical setting. The clinic also excels at listening attentively to owners' concerns and questions, providing detailed and helpful feedback. This open communication fosters trust and ensures that pet owners are fully informed about their pet's health status and treatment options. A particularly notable feature is their transparency regarding pricing. As one customer noted, 4 Legged Friends is upfront about their exam pricing during the initial phone call, a practice that builds significant trust, especially when compared to other clinics that may withhold such details. This honesty and clarity about costs are a major advantage, allowing pet owners to plan accordingly and feel more secure in their financial commitment to their pet's care. Moreover, the clinic demonstrates exceptional empathy and support during difficult times, such as end-of-life care. One touching review recounts the clinic's ability to make the immensely challenging process of saying goodbye to a beloved pet much easier, going "above and beyond what I was expecting." Dec 28, 2024 · ToddI'm new to town and my dogs have never been to this vet. It was time to say goodbye to my 17 1/5 y.o. best friend. Dr. Lori was more than honest of what to expect. The clinic went above and beyond what I was expecting. They definitely made the already hard process for me a lot easier.
Jan 27, 2024 · Melissa SizerWonderful staff, completely supportive last week Friday, May 2nd, 2025. I had to help my ESA dog cross the rainbow bridge. Thank you so much.
May 07, 2025 · Steph Zirzow-EngersonUpdating review after today. Cat's had diarrhea literally the whole time I've owned her, humane society said they never had a problem but I'm skeptical. Tried a bunch of different things with vet and nothing's worked. Was told to bring stool sample, was told it can have litter in it but try but to get to much. Took two days to get enough cause it's mostly brown water on the floor of the room we have to keep her in, bring it in today and now they're saying it can't have any litter at all so i have to start over with a car screaming in pain when she poops sometimes. I'm very very angry right now
