19 Mile Veterinary Hospital

Our spoiled dog Jasmine was acting herself. She seemed to be getting quite sick and was losing weight. I called 19 mile veterinary hospital and they got her in rather quickly. Ann Sellers was the DVM that treated Jasmine. She is absolutely the most amazing veterinarian I have ever had the experience with in my 60 years. She was so caring and took so much time to explain what was going on with Jasmine. I was completely blown away. I actually choked up when I told her how much I appreciated her. The vet techs and the front desk staff are such wonderful people. The techs also took the time to explain things as we were going through them! The front staff helped me with getting help to pay the bill. We had a follow-up appointment a week later, and Jasmine was greeted in such a way that made my heart melt. Come to find out she had "whip worms," DVM Sellers prescribed a things for Jasmine. 3 weeks later and Jasmine is back to her old self. She's my lady's big ole cuddle bug! My 15 year old buddy, Sawyer started to have difficulties. He developed a skin issue and and wasn't doing well climbing stairs. He seemed somewhat lethargic at times and not very active.His regular vet was always very busy and on a tight schedule. I always dreaded dealing with rush. I pass by 19 mile Vet often and decided to try a visit with Sawyers issues. The staff was pleasant and welcoming, the Vet was so informative and professional. Within two weeks my buddy was "Mr. Happy Tail" again and trotting right along. Very pleased with the service and the results, and Sawyer is too!

Relocated back to Michigan a year ago, took a family referral to 19 Mile Veterinary Hospital for my fur kids and have had an amazing experience. The entire team, from front desk to the doctors are attentive, compassionate and most of all they listen to you. My little fuzz buckets and I are very appreciative of this team, and appreciate them all! THANK YOU TEAM "19 Mile Veterinary Hospital".

We said good bye to the Best friend and pup I personally have ever had the honor to be Best Friends with for the past 12 years. It was the hardest decision I have ever faced but it was for the best as he was suffering from a long time condition and he deserved better than the continued pain he faced. Until we meet over the Rainbow Bridge my Big Brave Boy, Beau. I will miss you in my life and heart. 🌈 I love you still Beau! 😔 Thanks to 19 Mile Vet Center for helping my Boy cross over. Everyone was great and compassionate!!!

My husband and I had to say goodbye to our golden a few weeks ago. He is terrified of the vets office, so we asked the vet if they could euthanize him in our vehicle, where he felt safer. They were very accommodating and respectful during and after the procedure. I even got a hug from the vet 🥺 100% would recommend their office to anyone with a furry friend!

My dog has been sick and declining fast. Their normal vet couldn’t get them in. Thankfully 19 mile vet could get him in. My dog was never a patient there, they had never seen him a day before today. We unfortunately got devastating news, but the way myself, my husband and most importantly our fur baby was treated was beyond what I could have asked. They were so kind and comforting to us while being so compassionate to our Kane. There was no rush, we were allowed our time to make decisions and most importantly to say our goodbyes. 5 stars isn’t a high enough rating. Thank you for making sure we knew that difficult and heartbreaking decision was what was fair. You guys are all awesome. I’ll never be able to thank you guys enough.

I had left my dog in temporary care with my mother while I was away. She told me she would care for my dog like it was a child. I call to find out my mom told me she had passed away from old age in the kitchen. I asked for the veterinarian she went to so I could see my dog before she was cremated. She refused. Calling around I found out she took her to this clinic and she had her enthunized. They didn't ask her for medical records or me the actual owner. I called them so I can get my closure. They said they could not disclose any information to me. I offered to show them medical records and proof that I've owned this dog for 12 years. The head staff, Erin, talked to me and told me not to call them again. I begged her, could she at least give me the ashes. She said no and hung up the phone on me. I lived with that dog longer than I have with anyone. She was always there when I needed her. I just asked my mother to hold onto her till we were ready to move. I could not imagine my own mother would do this to me. I just wanna know if she went peacefully and if I could have her ashes. Im never gonna have that closure. R.I.P. Jewel. I'm so sorry I couldn't be there to protect you like you had for me all these years.
