This is my first visit and it went amazing. Vanessa was very informative and helpful. She provided educational tips to help better my training with Luna. Dr. Ramsey was smooth. Luna remained calm while being vaccinated and treated. I highly recommend

Dr.Davila was absolutely amazing he made sure all my questions were answered. And gave me good insight on being a new dog owner.

Review is for the Sunday vaccination clinic I'm left feeling a bit uncomfortable about my experience. I came for my kittens 3rd booster for FVCRP.. fist was given by breeder, second by vet with exam and third at vetco vaccination clinic. I didnt see the injectors wearing gloves, didn't see them wash their hands, when I asked about the brand of the vaccine they didn't even know Vanguard was the manufacturer they were using.... the room I was in seemed sloppy and unclean. The injector almost dropped the needle and he did not have a very good technique .. the surface I had my cat on was not wiped prior.. I could see paw prints and hair on the table.. Idk.. but it didn't feel right and I hope it ends up being ok. The person at the front desk also was telling me I should get rabies for my kitten (breeder said too early) .. I said no thanks and his response was that the doctors are going to tell me the same thing.. and then they did indeed tell me the same. I also heard them upsell like three additional vaccines to another patient. Just overall not my cup of tea and I won't be doing that again.

Great experience with Dr. Shelter. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. Will be back for his excellent care.
