Wanted give a shout out to the Groomer Danny !! My dog Domino is 16 years old very hard to give a haircut. Brought Him in today and the results were amazing ! Danny your awesome ! Can't thank you enough! I was very pleased with how good He looks !! The whole Rock Creek staff are in my opinion the best ! God bless and Happy holidays 🙏

Brought my dog Meleys for a check up and vaccine and she loved her visit! I didn’t know what to expect and thought my dog would be scared. EVERYONE in the staff was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! They treated Meleys like their own and I am very happy with the experience. We have a follow up soon and I’m Sure Meleys will be excited to visit

My cat stopped eating, lost weight and would not respond to appetite boosting medication. Dr Kugler correctly theorized most likely cause before testing which in the end was confirmed intestinal cancer via biopsy. Dr Kugler returned phone calls and offered advice even as I went to another emergency clinic for faster diagnosis when my cat's condition got worse (my fault for taking time to shop around). In the end we decided euthanasia would be best for my cat to end his suffering as he already was 1 - 2 days from dying (over a long holiday weekend). Euthanasia was scheduled the same day. Dr Kugler and her staff are very compassionate professionals and made this difficult process go smoothly and gave us plenty of time to say goodbye to our beloved pet of 13 years. I also appreciate a hand written sympathy card from Dr Kugler and staff.

Always a pleasant visit. The staff is great and they love my dog just as much as I do. I always feel comfortable with the care they provide. Thank you!!

My kitten broke her foot in January and VCA Rock Creek was there to help my panicked cat mom nerves when I brought her in! Dr. Kuglar helped me make the best decision for my kitten and me, finanacially. She was in a cast for 8 weeks and throughout the weeks of recovery, Dr. Kuglar, Cathy, and staff were always there for my questions and concerns. I've never met a more genuine veterinarian team. They truly care about the animals and not on profit. I am forever grateful for there care for my kitten! She is now, happy and healed!
