VCA Promenade Animal Hospital

Had the first appointment of the day. They promptly opened the doors at 8AM, actually they left me in a few minutes earlier since I was a bit early for Ash’s appointment. Kayla, the vet assistant, was super nice and helpful with the questions I had before and after meeting the doctor. Dr Siavash was also very helpful and with recommendations and information and was very gentle with Ash. Looking forward to coming back in 2 weeks for the follow-up appointment.

Brought my car in for a visit which may have been crystals, a blockage or even maybe something he ate... the doctor only pat down my car and took his temperature and told me he was in pain.. well duhhh that's why I brought him in. They tried charging 1500-1800 for a xray and blood work which is crazy. . I found a new location for$65 bucks but had to wait a few hrs. By the time I got my cat to the next vet he died in the car on my way there. Im so pissed.. they didn't give him anything which I could've paid for. Did not purposely check him. I'm no vet but clearly I know something is wrong. Don't bring your kids unless you're willing to spend your savings

Great place to bring your 4 legged family member. From Victoria who answers the phones to the girls working In the back and cleaning the place to Dr Willie! Everyone is nice, kind and attentive. I bring both of my dogs and both Myles and Kaylee enjoy the visit.. Myles even takes a seat when told the Dr will be right out! Lol Good job guys..

I have been with Dr. Willie for 9 years now. I followed him from other vets and travel over 30 minutes because I wouldn't trust my baby with anyone else. The assistants show love and care, and Dr. Willie has a way of making you forget your at the vet! Thank you!

Doctor Burlone and all of the staff at VCA Promenade are amazing. My fur kids have been patients of Dr B for over 8 years now and we followed her when she moved to VCA. The entire team is wonderful, caring, professional, honest, experienced, and very knowledgeable. It truly puts me at ease to know that I have a place that I can take my animals, whether for their regular check-ups or when they aren't feeling well, and they will get the BEST care available. My oldest pup started having issues with her eyes and Dr B worked tirelessly to research the disease and how best to treat it. When my cat needed to have iv fluids done at home, they took the time to sit with me and show me how to administer the treatment and make my sweet girl as comfortable as possible They truly are a special bunch of people and my very furry household appreciates them so very much.
