I would absolutely like to brag about Amy P. She is incredibly kind with top tier bedside manners. She is knowledgeable and very empathetic. Between her and Dr Alfred Tam I was able to feel a huge sense of relief. They both showed my dog snow and I lots of love and care on December 6 at 3:30am. My dog has made a full recovery since. They prevented him from possible blindness. I am forever grateful to them. I would also like to thank Amanda who I spoke with on the phone who was very kind as well. Exceptional staff!

I just want to say how amazing this hospital is. We took our German shepherd on 11/1 and were ultimately told she most likely had hemangiosarcoma. The Dr explained everything and was the most compassionate person as we helped our girl cross. I can’t imagine how hard that job is doing that every day but we were treated like we were the only ones there that night. Thank you for making a very painful process a little easier

Thank you from the bottom of my father's and I hearts. We didn't leave a review 7ish years ago, but after 3 separate vets you guys were the only ones who could help our cat with a lifesaving transfusion and a prescription for renal failure food. Because of you we got 6-7ish more years with my dad's cat Stinky. Thank you for everything 🙏 he passed this Friday evening to Saturday morning after disappearing for a few hours, he was curled up sleeping with his eyes closed in a favorite spot. 🖤 He got to 20 thanks to your help.

My dog was having unknown issues, possibly a seizure. In that panicked, state trying to save a loved one’s life, I feel that VCA took advantage of the situation. Ultimately, my dog passed away that night. After incurring 9k in vet bills for unnecessary tests and charges I told the vet to put him to sleep. He was suffering and they seemed all too willing to give him an MRI above the 9k quoted. If you care about your pet as I do, please find another option. I gave this place two stars as there are younger people who genuinely care that work for this place. But please be aware, they don’t have your pets best interests at heart. The total cost of my dog’s death was approximately 5k anft they refunded me 2,500 because he passed suddenly after stabilizing him. After all tests and recommendations for tests, I still don’t know why he passed. If you choose or are forced to take your dog or cat here, make sure you have at least 20k on your credit card and ask questions as to why the tests are necessary. I feel like the true concern was for my credit card limit and not my furry kid.

The most compassionate and efficient veterinary care! So professional with every patient and respectful to every pet and person we did experience a loss but they made it the most memorable and assuring that our dog was in safe hands
