Can’t say good enough things about this place. I brought my 3 month old puppy in the middle of the night after he was having seizures. They immediately took him in and ran various tests, eventually they diagnosed him with kidney failure. I don’t think he would be here today if we didn’t take him to Knowles. We overnighted him for about 2 nights and they went above and beyond to keep us informed about the situation, with calls about every 2-3 hours. They also gave us no problem when we went to visit and treated us with lots of patience and support. Specifically, Dr. Gonzalez has exemplified such knowledge, compassion and care with us and our boy. We now have him on a strict regimen to help his prognosis, and I wholeheartedly believe he wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for Dr. Gonzalez. Our family is extremely grateful for your team and dedication to our Sunny boy. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

My Daisy passed away January 2021 in the hands of Marina Riera. It was our first time and last time in this clinic. It was malpractice what they did to my fur baby and it caused her death. Til this day I think of her. They had no compassion, they weren’t equipped with the resources to save my dogs life. They placed her on an emergency hold and I never saw her again! Beware of this clinic and their inexperienced staff. They will not care for your pets, they are just there to charge you money and go to their next vulnerable sick pet. I am saddened, my fur baby had so much life, they could’ve done a lot more! They had her in there for an hour and she was pronounced dead.

UPDATE: PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE. I HAVE BEEN BEGGING FOR MONTHS TO RECEIVE MY DOGS PAW PRINTS AND MEDICAL RECORDS. THE “MANAGER” HAD THE NERVE TO CALL AND LIE AND SAY THE PAW PRINTS WERE GIVEN TO THE FAMILY. DISGUSTING LYING INDIVIDUALS. INQUIRING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION IMMEDIATELY. I know the reviews are checked daily. GIVE ME THE CONTACT INFORMATION FOR HQ. i wish that I could say I had a positive experience here at knowles. I had to put my baby down a few months ago and have CONSTANTLY contacted the office to receive my fur babies’ ashes and paw prints and still have yet to receive anything. I called for months and was even asked to give my personal information and still have never received anything from them. extremely sad about how they handled my dog’s death and still have not been able to recover. KNOWLES DO BETTER. these are people’s family members. not something to be discarded and forgotten within a day of her death. Please fix this situation that you handled so very poorly.

Visited today for the first time with my dog Chloe with a coupon for a first free exam. Reception was extremely welcoming, Staff and doctors were kind and asked me many questions as well as answered many questions i had. Although i did not continue treatment for my pet today I will definitely be a returning guest! Prices were reasonable, they even gave us a sample of Hills dog food :)! Glad to have found a place to bring my dog to. Will definitely be recommending as well.

This clinic has become my go-to for my pets. Great staff, knowledgeable and caring veterinarians, and always keeping you updated on your pets care. Recently, I had an emergency with my dog Maxie and they took such great care of her! They kept me updated with her surgery, her healing process, and her post-op care. They were realistic yet hopeful for her outcome, I could tell they would go great lengths to make sure our pets are okay. I am very happy with how they treat my pets and the care I receive here, much love to you all! With these veterinarians, your pet is in great hands.
