Beware! Highly upset and disappointed. My dog had an emergency and I called several vets to find an appointment. I called and left a voicemail and also sent a message via their contact us page. I went through their online appointment booking process and had to pay $1 via PayPal to schedule this. The following day was my appointment at 10am. I showed up to their location (a house since they are a mobile vet) and all of their gates were closed. I called 5 times and no one answers. Their voicemail is full and until today still no one has written back to me or called me. I could see the van from the outside so I know I was at the right location. Highly unprofessional and seemed like a scam. What a shame to be using St Francis in your company’s name and acting like this. Update to your response: I made an appointment for the following day. Not the same day. So it doesn’t matter if you are not an emergency clinic because the appointment was made the following day. You weren’t closed as your hours show you are open. Also I did receive a confirmation email confirming my appointment. So again this just further shows how unprofessional you are.

I have been brining my pups for the past five years. I have a new dog who has been cared for greatly during her emergency surgery. The Vet and staff are extremely nice and caring. It’s always a good sign when your dog wags its tail when seeing the Vet. Highly recommended

A year ago, this vet saved my puppy's life, and for that, I am truly thankful. However, I have been having significant issues with them lately. All the staff is new, including the vet assistant, and they lack of experience and attention to details. On a couple of visits, they tried to overcharge me for a simple ear infection with a bunch of unnecessary lab tests costing over $300. My last visit was the final straw. My dog had a urinary infection, and they prescribed five times the recommended dose of antibiotics for my dog's weight for 10 days. After the first dose, my dog spent the entire day vomiting. Thankfully, I double-checked with Google and called them back immediately. Their response was a mere "sorry" and an instruction to come back for the correct dose. I am really sorry because the doctor is an excellent person and very knowledgeable, but unfortunately, he is responsible for his staff too. They used to be the best, but with this new staff, everything is going downhill.
