BEST CARE ANIMAL CLINIC

My mom's dog just died and she received a $700 bill from this place!!!. I was not here to advise her otherwise, I would've told her to go to the Humane Society. They charge $375 for cremation. My mother has little means however vets do not care about animals or what they mean to people. They only care about the money. They have (a love for money which is the root to all evil) 1 Timothy 6:10 and it shows by doing unnecessary tests and lab work just so they can pump up these massive bills to people! It's become a big business to them and now they have pet insurance companies to exploit more revenue streams!!

I recently brought my new puppy in for her first check-up, and I was so impressed with the level of care and service that I received that I wanted to leave a review. This was my first experience with this particular veterinarian, but I have taken my other dogs to different vet clinics in the past. I can say without hesitation that I will only be using this clinic from now on. The facility is clean and well-kept, and the staff are amazing. Dr. Torres is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about animals, and that really shows in her care and treatment.

This place is adorable. Is clean and they don’t overcharge for things that your pet doesn’t need. Dr Lien is the best!!!

I've been taking my furry friend to Best Care Animal Clinic since September 2021, mainly because they were linked with the pet store where I got my dog. But let me tell you, my experience has been anything but smooth. Right from the start, there was a language barrier that made things difficult. None of the staff, not even the vet, spoke English. Despite that, Dr. Torres seemed friendly enough, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But that changed pretty quickly. Every time I went in, I always left feeling confused and my concerns were being ignored or dismissed. Recently, when I mentioned my dog's sneezing, they just blamed it on the weather and said it was probably allergies. But even after following their advice and meds, nothing changed. Then, when my pup had a scary episode of reverse sneezing, Dr.Torres just shrugged it off and gave him cough syrup (after listening to a video of him clearly reverse sneezing). Not to mention she didn’t do a thorough examination and sent me on my way after 10 minutes. Cut to last month, my dog's still sneezing, and I've had enough. I took him to a different vet, for a second opinion. After a CT scan and other tests, we’ve been told that it could be something serious like nasal cancer or a terrible fungal disease. Now we're waiting on test results, and I can't help but wonder if we could've caught this sooner if Best Care had taken me seriously.

Honestly want to say that the dr and the staff are amazing, my frenchie Harley was a last minute c section went into labor sooner and they took her in, thank you to everyone for taking good care of her and her puppies. I would recommend this clinic to all your fur babies
