Palmetto Bay Animal Hospital - Vetco Total Care

I am incredibly grateful to Palmetto Bay Animal Hospital for the exceptional care they provided to my dog after a traumatic dog attack that left his ear split in half. The receptionist was compassionate and provided great customer service during a very stressful time. The vet tech was amazing. She was so caring and made me feel like my dog was in great hands from the moment we arrived. Her attentiveness and gentle approach reassured me that my dog was receiving the best possible care. Dr. Faria, was the best I have ever met. Not only was she compassionate and professional, but she also took the time to explain everything to me in detail. In the past, I often felt rushed and left with questions after visiting vets, but Dr. Faria made sure all my concerns were addressed and took the time to ease my anxieties. You can tell she truly knows her stuff. Throughout the healing process, the staff kept in touch and showed genuine concern for my dog’s recovery. Thanks to their dedicated care, my dog's ear healed beautifully, and now that his hair is growing back, it's like the injury never happened. If I could give more stars, I would. Highly recommend Palmetto Bay Animal Hospital for their outstanding service and compassionate care!

They did a great surgery on my dog but definitely go elsewhere to get vaccines or rabies tags. They charged me $85 for a rabies tag that is $30 through Miami Dade. When I asked the vet tech they said Miami Dade raised its prices just now....however I called the Miami Dade office and that was untrue. Vaccines are much less expensive elsewhere. Other than that the office was nice.

I was very depressed and stressed out because I had no idea what was happening to my cat. I was attended right away! Everyone was very nice and everything was explained thoroughly! Dr. Berry is a sweetheart and while my cat was being treated he noticed I was very anxious and he helped calm me down with conversation. I am extremely happy with the service and will be back 😄

Came here for the first time today and highly recommend it! The staff was very friendly especially the receptionist Marcy! So welcoming and kind and gentle with my pup! definitely the kind of first class service you wanna see with the fur babies! the vet Dr. Paula Rodriguez was very nice as well and thorough with explaining and answering all my questions. 10/10 recommend this place and will be going back whenever my pup needs to be seen! :)
