Really loving people who paid attention to our dog as well as ourselves during our visit since I think that’s the part most places we have gone are lacking. We are always left with so many questions unanswered or at least too partially answered for us to be satisfied and calm about what’s happening to our pet. 100% would recommend.

I have been taking my pets to this clinic for over 7 years, and I do not trust my pets with anyone else other than Dr. McNair and her team! There's so many great things I can say about this clinic. First, Dr. McNair is incredibly gentle, patient, calm, and eager to listen to your concerns. I've asked her many questions and tried to troubleshoot scenarios as I was concerned about making sure one of my pets did not pass a disease to my other pets. She gave me different options and I felt assured that my pets would be okay. I really appreciate how she allows me to voice my concern, listens, and responds with understanding and empathy. In doing so, she is also very polite and respectful of my concerns, never belittling or dismissing them. Second, they will speak with you about pricing and ensure you are comfortable with the amount that you are paying. You can deny certain services without feeling forced into doing them or being shamed for not being able to afford a service at that moment. They will let you know how much something costs whether or not you ask. Before they do a test, give a vaccine, or anything else, they will check with you that you are comfortable having that service done today. It makes me feel at ease! Third, the team who answers the phone and takes care of everything else customer wise, is patient, respectful, and willing to answer your questions! I've seen them interact with other pet parents and they are just as lovely and kind as they are to me. Fourth, they are willing to squeeze you in to their schedule. I've had a few emergency trips with my pets and they are always willing to take them in. At one point, I got to the clinic 20 minutes before closing in a panic! They took me in and went about 30 minutes past closing time to look at my dog. My point is, Links of Love is a trustworthy veterinary clinic that you won't regret taking your pets to!

Absolutely love this Dr. I drive pretty far just to see her. She gives one on one attention that is hard to find in Miami.

Dr. Mcnair has been our vet for over 15 years. Her medical skills are obvious, but her compassion and love for her patients and their owners is what truly separates her and put her notches above the rest

The staff at this clinic are absolutely amazing!! I take my 2 cats and hamster here and the care they give is phenomenal. They are very on point and are very detailed in their pet exams. If they notice something out of the ordinary they will address it with you. Even with curbside service, the wait times are just as if there isn't curbside. The receptionist is extremely nice and will get back to you with any requests even for an estimate. The technicians are SUPER GENTLE and quick with performing diagnostics. As a fellow veterinary employee who works in animal emergency, I understand the stress and hassle it is to do curbside. THANK YOU ALL!!
