I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the front desk of this veterinary clinic on the morning of November 7. I came in at 10 am to reorder medication for my dog, bringing the previous prescription with me. The receptionist told me she couldn’t see the medication information at all. When I politely asked her to check my dog’s clinic history, she flat-out refused and showed no willingness to help. Her attitude was incredibly rude and dismissive, making an already stressful situation even worse. I left the clinic feeling frustrated and upset. This lack of assistance and compassion is not what I expect when I visit a place where I trust the care of my pet.

Been coming here for many years, they always do the best they can and offer affordable pricing. 💯 I adopted my best friend from here about 12 years ago now, miss him everyday, gratful they saved him and I was able to adopt him. From pup to old man, he was the best RIP Maverick.

I very very happy with them! This is the one & only one vet that my bulldog actually is enjoying going to and always wiggle his tail when see them🤷‍♀️😆 very nice & professional stuff! Prices are very pocket friendly! 10/10 Thank you for everything you doing ❤️

Good experience. Friendly people. Drs meds worked and our dog is doing better. A positive for us is that the receptionist called before our appointment to let us know they were running behind because of an emergency and asked if we wanted later appointment or another day. It all worked out well and didn’t have much longer wait.

Absolutely reckless doctors. Three years ago, I took my first dog due to an illness and they prescribed incorrect medication which resulted in his lungs collapsing and ultimately passing away. Since then they have misdiagnosed our other dog twice over the past two years. The illness was very clear but the treatment plan and medication prescribed was completely incorrect and created a very dangerous situation which could have resulted in her death. The vets took zero responsibility for their actions. STAY AWAY!!!!
