10/10 experience. Originally found them using Groupon and was a little hesitant at first but I’m so glad I went through with it. The techs/doctors and staff are so knowledgeable and caring. They listened to my concerns and offered multiple solutions to help my my little elderly dog. Highly recommend bring your furry (or hairless) baby here !!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

#MoneyHungry I originally visited with a Groupon, I was satisfied so returned for the “exam” appointment they gave me in July, then they sent a “vaccine” appointment in August. They administered the vaccine a year ago, knew the renew date and set both appointments. They charge a “doctor fee” every visit, money grab. Very inconsiderate and abusive in these financial times, just lost a customer.

If I could leave 100 Five Star reviews for this place I would! They are nothing short of amazing. I have been coming to this place for 10+ years and my animals are in great health because of it!!! It's such a comforting feeling knowing your pet is in good hands while being at the vet. One time my dog had to stay overnight and they were constantly texting me and sending pictures of my dog to make sure i knew everything was okay. If you are looking for a Vet in the Broward County Area this is the best place around. Tiffany & Amanda are great as well as the rest of the staff. I will take every pet I have for the rest of my life here

At first this place seemed OK. I went there cause it seemed reputable. However the first visit they charged me 800 plus for some blood work and x-rays and some vaccines. Right from the start they told me my dog had cancer and needed to have surgery to remove a massive tumor which I new she did. Then they proceeded to charge me UP FRONT $3000 dollars which was the first red flag. When I took my dog in for the surgery they called me to tell me that they had to perform CPR for 25 min to bring her back then the doctor proceeded to tell me that I needed a BOARD CERTIFIED SURGEON. They gave me most of my money back but still charged me almost $400 for what they supposedly did. So pretty much took $1200 out of me. I went somewhere else and that's how much they charged me for the mass removal and I didn't have to pay upfront. Do not recommend.

I used to live in Illinois so I have been to many, MANY different veterinary practices. I have to be honest and say this is truthfully the best place EVER. The staff is absolutely amazing. They are caring, proactive, genuine, incredibly intelligent, and the best at what they do. For a side story, I had my 9 year old Shih Tzu spayed here (a very risky surgery) and she came out of it like she never went under! I was so nervous but the whole staff consoled, properly informed, and performed better than I could have asked. Never going to another animal hospital again. BEST PLACE EVER! This is Marley a week after her surgery. She’s doing better than ever! Thank you Jacaranda! :)
