Healthy Pets Veterinary Care - Boca North

Dr.Tanis Whyte is AMAZING! Dr. Whyte is the most dedicated, compassionate, trustworthy and knowledgeable vet. She always takes her time and we never feel rushed. Riley and her new brother Charley LOVE her so much and we do too! Every experience with Dr.Whyte is a good one. We just visited her at her new practice "Healthy Pets/Boca North" and it was a great experience from start to finish. Victoria is also AMAZING! Thank you both for EVERYTHING YOU DO for our kids!

We are customers of both the Healthy Pet locations. While the location in the Polo shops never cease to amaze us, I can’t say the same for this location. I used to bring our dog frequently to be boarded while out of town. The old boarding staff was the best, always sending pictures and cute messages as if they were from our dog himself. The last 3x however totally different ballgame. Our dog has come home incredibly dehydrated, food still left in his bag that wasn’t eaten (which I wasn’t informed until pick up time), eyes filled with yellow gunk, food bowl sent back home absolutely disgusting with food caked on, being rushed off the phone when I call to check on him, the list goes on and on. I’ve spoken to the manager the last two visits, first visit she was apologetic and offered a 20% off the next stay (does that make it right? No, but ok at least they took responsibility). Now the second time around when my dog was left this past weekend she’s basically insinuating to myself and my boyfriend that we are twisting a story her own staff told us. I specifically did not pack our dog breakfast for Monday morning because I intended to pick him up early before work and feed him at home (which I’ve done multiple times). To our surprise when our dog is picked up, they tell us he didn’t completely finish his food during his stay so they pooled together the remaining food and gave it to him( first of all what? Who has ever heard of such a thing. Second our dog never leaves food behind). Later when I speak to the manager she tells me he had an extra portion of food in his bag and that’s what he was given for breakfast. Remember how I didn’t pack him food on purpose? Still wondering where that bag came from because I know it wasn’t me, but no problem I’ll stick to the Polo shops location going forward.

Best place we’ve ever used. Unfortunately, we only found out about Healthy Pet at the end of my dog’s life. Dr Gaines was beyond wonderful!! She took me and my dog in last night, at the end of the work day, after I was told to contact this office for my dog who was not doing well and was a very anxious patient. Courtney was so great on the phone and without hesitation, said she could accommodate my dog’s needs of being brought in without other animals around. Our nurse, Deandra, did our entire intake while sitting on the floor and giving my dog treat and love. Dr Gaines discussed end of life options with me and ultimately helped my dog to pass on painlessly. This place was truly a blessing to find at this time. I wish we had the opportunity to work with them a lot sooner. I’d recommend this practice to anyone!!

The team at Healthy Pets Boca North did an phenomenal job of taking care of our puppy throughout his surgery. It was a very stressful time worrying about our puppy Kylo and his surgery that he needed. Dr. Gaines and her team made the process as least stressful as possible. From the moment we walked in, Katy behind the desk, to Cori the Vet Tech who constantly updated me throughout the process, made it seem like Kylo was there only patient and showed a level of caring that you don't see much in this crazy world. Dr. Bibevski and her surgical team did an amazing job and also help to alleviate any fears that me and my family had throughout the process. Kylo is home now and acting as if he never had surgery, the entire team did an incredible job and there aren't enough words to convey my gratitude. Thank you so much team for taking care of my pup!!!

I've been bringing my cat, Pumpkin, to Dr. Bull for @12 years since he was born. Last October, he was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. Dr.Bull gave me a couple of options..give him medication for the rest of his life or radioactive iodine therapy..which is most likely a one time treatment. I decided with the therapy. Pumpkin did great with the therapy. Fast forward to today..he gained 4lbs and has his appetite back. The therapy is expensive, but so worth it. I'm so grateful for Dr. Bull and his staff
