As a first time puppy mama, I have been super paranoid about finding a good clinic and vet for my furbaby. From my first phone call with Kathryn to Louie's first appointment with Dr. Burns, everyone in the clinic was so nice and helpful! Louie seemed very comfortable with Dr. Burns which is super important to me. Dr. Burns answered all of my questions and she was so easy to talk to. This has definitely become Louie's primary veterinary clinic :)

May 30, 2023 · G LDWonderful people who give awesome care! They're a caring crew of happy people giving their best to their furry patients. Dr. Burns is someone I'm so happy to have found in my search for the ultimate in care for my geriatric Dachshund Bestie. Thank You to All of You!
Sep 17, 2024 · J ThompsonDr burns & her staff are always so professional & caring. I have a senior 16 year old border collie. Dr burns was so gentle with her. She could have racked up a huge bill with blood tests & X-rays but dud not want to burden the dog with unnecessary & expensive procedures. She was very informative & dud a thorough exam. She has always put the well being if her patients first. We gave used dr burns even before she had her own practice. We recommend her highly. Thank you dr burns from Blake too :-)
Sep 09, 2023 · Stacey LHave a 4 month old puppy that was lethargic and not eating. The office squeezed me in as a new patient the end of the day. Dr Burns examined my pup and treated her immediately. I took her home later that evening and returned the following morning. She did the necessary tests treated with antibiotics and fluids kept my dog there for the day to monitor her. I picked her up and took her home. Dr Burns personally called me each day after to make sure my puppy was getting better. The staff called me to see if I could just stop by so they could do a quick check on her. This is the only vet that I have been to in the past 50 years of having a dog that cared enough to call and make sure my dog improved. She did not do unnecessary tests to run up my bill. My puppy is doing better thanks to Dr Burns and her caring staff.
Oct 06, 2023 · Carlo CardarelliI was really disappointed with the care of my cat. Last year I switched vet offices because I was recommended this place by a friend. I was not happy at my last vets office… and yet here, they miss diagnosed my animal. Yes, he had kidney problems so that was correct because he was peeing a lot. But they took his blood and couldn’t even tell he had diabetes? He passed away 1 month later. I called a bunch of times because it was an emergency. My cat wasn’t eating drinking or moving. I left many voicemails (unfortunately it was a holiday weekend) an they never called me back. Receptionists, Lovely. Veterinarian, was very rude. The first time I took him there, the vet sternly told me something I can’t forget till this day and it still upsets me. “If he bites anyone like that, that’s on you-“ She said it in a threatening manner where me, a newer client coming here to help my pet was just thrown by the attitude. Just because she got bit by a dog earlier in the day, (I remember because she told me) doesn’t mean she had to take it out on me and my cat. I had a senior indoor cat and is very anxious. I know his personality. He did try to bite because he was scared, and that’s what made the vet say that to me. After that, they knocked him out with a tranquilizer and took his blood. We barley had a conversation about his results and nothing was ultimately done except we should change his food and keep an eye on his diet. I just was really upset with they whole situation. The way Dr. Burns spoke to me and the way she handled my animal. When I took my cat to the animal emergency New Year’s Eve, they handled him in the most amazing way. They spoke to me and had a long conversation about his results and explained throughly what was going on. I was totally shocked that he had diabetes. And with how high his levels were, why couldn’t they pick up he was diabetic before? When he passed, they didn’t even call me after all my voicemails. But sent a condolences card in the mail a week later. If your a cat owner, please don’t go here.
