I had to take my cat in for a checkup recently, and I was really impressed. This staff is incredibly professional and caring. They answered all of my questions, guided me through the entire procedure, and even offered advice on how to control my cat's nutrition. Their genuine concern for the creatures they care for is evident.

Nov 22, 2024 · Magnolia MorganI took my dog to this vet as he had a horrible eye infection they needed immediate attention. First problem(and should have been an indicator)NO ONE SOOKE ENGLISH. Front desk girl was only one and I never even met the vet, just a tech (who I thought was the vet). Second problem their overcharged prices. They will NOT work with you. My dog was in pain so I had no choice and didn’t want to find another place . I paid a ridiculous amount just for a pain injection and some other things like $11 for them. To throw away supplies that they used. Also, the price they gave me didn’t even include treatment . Now I’m stuck trying to find an affordable vet that will provide the treatment for the eye. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
Nov 24, 2024 · Jackie MWI cannot express enough how grateful I am to Cutler Bay Animal Clinic for the exceptional care they’ve given to my dog, Zoey! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and truly compassionate about Zoey’s health. She had been dealing with some health issues that had us worried, but the team took the time to thoroughly diagnose her, explaining every step of the process with such patience and care. Doctor was amazing in explaining Zoey’s condition and treatment options, giving us the confidence that Zoey was in the best hands possible. They not only treated her physical symptoms but also made sure to address her emotional comfort throughout the whole experience. Zoey is now feeling so much better, and it’s all thanks to the wonderful team at Cutler Bay Animal Clinic. If you're looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated team to help your pet thrive, I highly recommend this clinic. Zoey and I are so thankful for all the love and attention they’ve shown us. Thank you, Cutler Bay Animal Clinic!
Nov 11, 2024 · Daniela Cruz20+ 1 star reviews just in the last year and i can see why. please PLEASE please read these reviews before you think about bringing in your pet into this vet . my first visit : I brought in a sick kitten took her in and the vet said he would try to help me but the kitten might not make it . I agreed to the 550 dollar fee and the kitten died within 3 hours being at the vet . I was then told they would cover the cremation and call me back to pick up the ashes. fast forward when im there during my 2nd visit i was told the cremation wasnt a "personal cremation" EVEN tho i was told i was going to get a call back to pick up the ashes and the ashes are gone and no way for me retrieving them.even tho i was told i would receive the ashes back WHO WOULD ASSUME THE PET OWNERS WOULD NOT WANT THE ASHES???? SECOND visit : brought in my dog who had some patches of hair falling out and scabbing . they quoted me 1650.00 dollars for run a series of tests because they couldnt be for certain what was the issue . I told them that price was to high and they brought me another quote for 700 dollars to fix up my dog .Its very clear that either the vet does not have enough experience to diagnose OR this clinic is trying to make as much money as possible running 20+ tests or possibly both after reading other reviews . I just left another local vets office and explained the situation i was going through at the cutler bay animal clinic (clinic im writing review on) and they chuckled almost as in its very common they hear about the same issues coming from this vet .they fixed my dog and gave me all the medications needed for $340.00 not even close to the 1650 that cutler bay animal clinic wanted to charge me. Please take your pet to a real vet with real experience.
Sep 30, 2024 · Ricky BingPLEASE READ!! I recently took my dog to Cutler Bay Animal Clinic due to her exhibiting unusual behavior, shaking her head vigorously, indicating a potential ear issue. As a former patient, I expected a certain level of care and professionalism. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed by the initial interaction. The veterinarian didn't acknowledge me or my dog directly, only communicating through the front desk staff. This lack of direct communication felt dismissive and unprofessional. During the visit, I had to weigh my dog myself as none of the staff were willing to assist, which was unexpected and unprofessional. Moving on to the ear examination, the front desk worker quoted me a price of $256. I hesitated to pay as the details of the charges weren't clearly explained, especially since the doctor, who only spoke Spanish, communicated through the front desk worker. Despite my reservations, I agreed to pay for my dog's health. As the examination proceeded, I observed the doctor's behavior becoming increasingly questionable. He went from being loud and clear to whispering to the worker when discussing the new payment, which raised concerns about transparency and professionalism. Moreover, when the total price jumped to over $800 (I don't recall the exact amount as I wasn't given paperwork), I was taken aback. The doctor suggested my dog needed several injections and needles for her ear, which seemed excessive and contrary to my past experiences with ear infections in dogs. Feeling uneasy about the situation, I requested the removal of unnecessary treatments. While I was discussing the matter on the phone with my mother, the desk worker displayed rude behavior, adding to my discomfort. The climax of the visit was when another worker brought out my dog, tugging at the leash so tightly that it choked her. Despite my objections, the desk worker denied the issue, further highlighting the clinic's lack of professionalism and disregard for animal welfare. Overall, my experience at Cutler Bay Animal Clinic was extremely disappointing and distressing. I felt they were taking advantage of both me and my dog. After reading similar reviews, I'm concerned about the clinic's practices and urge others to consider alternative options for their pets' care.
