They were the BEST! They took care of my dog and gave him the best care possible. They made sure he was comfortable throughout his stay. During treatment, their staff called me each day with updates about my dog’s progress and invited me to come in to see him while he was in recovery. I had to transfer my dog from another facility to Central Animal Hospital because the other hospital would have ruined me financially. Once I decided to transfer my doggo to Central Animal Hospital, Dr. Lavengco, personally called me to tell me that he was aware of his condition and current state after speaking with the other vet. He assured me that their pricing was substantially lower than the current hospital he was at and walked me through what I should expect. My dog was in critical care and needed oxygen support to recover from pneumonia. Dr. Lavengco at Central Animal Hospital went the extra mile and offered me an oxygen tank at no extra cost to transport my dog to their facility. The other hospital didn’t offer the option of an oxygen tank nor did they make any effort to provide one. The picture below is of my little guy coming home after Dr. Lavengco’s excellent treatment and care. I’m extremely grateful and happy for their attentive care, warm energy and environment. They are beyond excellent and if I could give them more stars I would. Highly recommend anyone take their loved ones to see the excellent vets and staff that work there!!

Worst Vet exam ever. I knew more than Dr Leonard. Carmela hasn’t eaten or pooped in a week. Turned down Steak, Turkey and chicken. Her diagnosis was like reading a text “ picky eater “ never even asked how her stool is or how often she throws up or her lethargy. NOTHING!!! Only tried to push Spaying her. Which previously had to be canceled because she was so underweight.and needed intravenous.Also Diagnosed with liver disease. Your response is completely untrue. I stated immediately I wanted a SECOND OPINION from a closer Vet. NO KNOWLEDGE AND ACTUALLY WRONG ABOUT FOOD THAT WAS RECOMMENDED. NO KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD ALLERGY TESTING. Was promised she would call after conferring with other Vets. NEVER got back to me.

I recommend central animal hospital to anyone and everyone ! They care about your dog ! And the staff is always welcoming and always wants to go above and beyond. Dr Sastiel is amazing ! I really appreciate the calls the next day checking on your dog to see how they”re doing ! Thanks for being the best !!!

Dr.Sastuel is amazing! She’s kind, patient, and really knows her stuff. She took great care of my sunny and made everything easy to understand. My pet felt calm with her, and I trust her completely. Highly recommend! The best !
