I take both of my dogs- Jameson & Kahlua here. They have been taken care of each time from the less severe to the more severe issues. Everyone we have dealt with is super friendly and helpful! I have the utmost trust with each doctor & vet tech to deal with my babies! Jameson & Kahlua love it here & can’t wait to see everyone again 💖💖💖

I have nothing but positives things to say from making the appointment over the phone to walking out the door! I rescued a dog that was left abandoned and I wanted to get her in a soon to make sure she got all of her preventative care! Everyone was so friendly, caring and absolutely amazing!! I had many questions and every question was addressed and I feel confident with all the information I was given! I have a lot trust in this office for Luna Mae’s primary veterinary care!! She was a happy pup driving home from her vet visit and resting after some very important vaccinations!!

We took our GSD for his 3 week follow up. As we’re new to the area. Staff was super helpful, answered all questions. I would definitely recommend Banfield Pet Hospital for their pet needs.

I asked employee if they had specific brand name of hills prescription cat food over the phone. She confirmed they had it. I went to the store, I told her I was on a deadline to get the food before all the stores close after I get off work. When I got there, they do not even carry the brand she confirmed they had over the phone. Waste of time and I already had a horrible experience with Banfield in gainesville but turns out they're all trash. If she wasn't a liar I could have went somewhere else and got the correct food where they actually carry it and don't just say anything over the phone.
