Banfield Pet Hospital

My favorite pet hospital I’ve found here in south Florida. My chihuahua is 12 years old and they found something on him nobody ever pointed out. And I had it tested and he’s fine it ended up being nothing. I appreciate them pointing out something so small to me and educated me about it and giving me the opportunity to catch something from the beginning and let me make the choice if I want to do further testing

I have been with Banfield for the last 2 years and I can say that they have meet all my needs. Since the greeting person to the vet they are kind and nice people. They treat my dog with kindness and show real concern about the reason for the visit.

Mikey, Henry and Hank Matthews had been their patients almost since Banfield opened a vet office in Hollywood. Unfortunately Miley and Henry are no longer with me. During 6 years of their life , my babies illnesses were tfirst diagnosed by Dr. D and Doctor Z, they both began their treatments and were accurate about treatments until I had to use a cardiologist and get some testing not offered at Banfield. Their care, expertise and efforts kept my babies going for quite long time ; unfortunately heart illnesses are relentless and one by one they were taken from me. Banfield vets along with Henry’s cardiologist kept him going for quite some time. lDr. Salinas was on top of his CHF progress and also took care of his eye irritation . Banfield wellness pet plan provides 2 basic anual visits for vaccines, a testing for heart worms, kidneys panel and CWBC, also dental care but my babies heart condition would not allow the use of anesthesia to clean their teeth. Banfield Doctors are skilled and knowledgeable , their staff is caring and helpful; unfortunately they are limited in what they can treat at their clinics . Banfield offers basic veterinary care only, forcing us to seek other vet clinics when in need of X-rays or Ultrasound equipment to help diagnose a condition . I wish Banfield would consider broaden their services a little more; Most people would rather stay at one clinic and get most necessary testing done in one site, while ,in the care of vet who knows them best, unless specialist vet and sophisticated equipments are necessary. I like Banfield, and love Dr. Davidson and Dr. Salinas, thank you to both of them for caring for my babies. .

I am very upset with them, after being a customer for 5 years, they charge me twice for 6 simparica trio pills, I told the attendant, hey I got two notifications on my phone, you charged me twice, she told me, don't worry I already cancelled the second one. SHE LIED TO ME!!!!!! This was yesterday, I noticed it today because I paid my car payment 12 days earlier, and I went overdraft. I called this morning at 8am, she sent me an email with the credit, that does not means anything to me. 2:30pm and I still do not have the money back into my account.

Asia was so helpful and they took great care of our pup. Jazmina was also very kind and courteous. This has been the best banfield experience we have had so far. Very grateful
