Banfield Pet Hospital

I recently brought my cat to Banfield of Coral Springs, and I am deeply disappointed with the care he received. Despite initially signing up for the Wellness Plan due to seemingly friendly and knowledgeable staff, the actual treatment my cat got was absolutely inadequate. My cat was grossly misdiagnosed and was prescribed medications he did not need, which caused a violent reaction, leaving him in agony. The next day, despite my insistence that his symptoms seemed more like an ear infection, the staff did not investigate properly and did not listen to my concerns. They ran tests and did exams and could not read the results. What the doctor was telling me contradicted the actual results from the tests. It took a trip to another state and a competent vet to finally identify and treat his severe ear infection with antibiotics and steroids. The experience was frustrating and distressing, and I no longer trust Banfield for my pet’s care. I am now fighting to opt out of their Wellness Plan, which proved to be utterly useless. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who genuinely cares about their pet’s health.

They also injured my dogs ear during a ear cleaning, he use to have the floppiest ears & now he holds th injured one back all the time. On top of that they lied to me about doing it & he had dried blood in his ear when i got him back. Very disappointed in the new doctors at this location, it used to be a great pet hospital. I really hope they fire these doctors. Very disorganized as well they held my dog 5hours longer than needed please fix your place.

The doctors never stay and the ones that are there barely want to look at your dog and they never ran the blood tests they said they would for my dogs anual exam but the front desk staff is really nice.

“I recently went to Banfield pet hospital to give my dog a regular checkup and some X-rays. My customer service representative treated me with care and patience. Her name was Myshea and she’s a pleasure to work with. She gave me great tips on what medications to use and how to treat my puppy during post op anesthesia. Very much a pleasure to work with and will definitely come back again

I had a few babies in my time,been to different Vet’s but never experienced such a service like Banfield offers,they make you feel very comfortable and secure. I recommend them to anyone. My rating to them is a ⭐️ plus 100%
