Karen and Dr. C saved the experience after other staff mixed up my elderly cats bloods and then told me I need to be another $200 plus to get them done again. If it weren’t for those two I would have given my experience negative stars if I could, given that my elderly cat was diagnosed with cancer (at another facility)… he was in his death bed. Karen and Dr. C were both really sweet and really cared about me and my cat. Thank you both!

Dr. Censi is Amazing! I bring my dogs and cats here. Best to schedule over the phone and never 30min before they close. 5 stars all around!

This location has just opened, so, when I was called to make a booster shot appointment, I was urged to use the location. I was hesitant, but they were insistant. A mistake I will never make again. I arrived, was ushered into a room, waited a while. When a man came to take my dog to the back room, he took the leash and started pulling and dragging her. My dog, a meager 9 pounds, was distressed and resisting as he tactlessly dragged her down the corridor. While my dog was in the back room, I, the pet owner, heard her unmistakable high-pitched scream. She is generally stoic, and does not react this way when treated well. I was never informed of what had happened. When my dog was returned to me, they told me they wanted to give her an Antihistamine, and that I would have to pay $40 for it. Why? Because, they said, she is allergic to one of the vaccines, as per the notes. A complete fabrication, as she has never been allergic to any of the vaccines. They then gave me a dosis of Pyrandel, which the personnel are always responsible for administering, telling me to give it to the dog myself. They also gave me a fecal sample bottle. I was told that they could not take the test or administer the Pyrandel, so I would have to do it myself. They also refused to give all three vaccines that were due, forcing me to make another appointment and waste more time. She always receives these 3 vaccines at once, as one night of discomfort is better for the dog than 2 or 3 seperate occasions. But these people refused, with no reason given. I was instructed to make an appointment for the fecal and 3rd vaccine. In addition, the Vet was not present at the location, so I was never able to speak to a veterinarian. I was subsequently rushed out of the office with little explanation. If they were so hurried to close, why give me an appointment at this time (to which I had arrived early). I will say this, one man I spoke to on the phone to make that second appointment (maybe his name was Chris?) was extremely helpful and friendly.
