Banfield Pet Hospital

This is the new location where Doctor Chavez has moved to. She is a great veterinarian and has years of experience. I would highly recommend taking your pet to see her. She's very caring and a great professional. I've taken you can my 4 dogs to her for the last 5 years.

If I could give zero stars I would! What Ben field pet hospital did to me today was extremely extremely disgusting! Today was my third time taking my pet in order for her to get her vaccines in order to travel with my dog. Since last week they told me the cost would be $171 and today last minute they upped the price to $520. When I’ve called multiple times to get the correct amount. Now I’m 48 hours prior to traveling looking for a new vet that doesn’t rob.

This location should have a five-star rating! We have been to a few Banfield locations in the area, and the entire team at the Carter Square location is patient, kind, and helpful! Dr. Akins and Dr. Chavez are excellent doctors; you can trust your pet in their care.

I never have a chance to speak to the doctor. It's always the techs right in the waiting room. Banfield is not the same as years ago when I had my dogs. I'm very dissapointed.

I recently took my dog to Bandfield, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. My dog was a bit anxious but vet tech Nicole and Dr. Akins handled him with care and kindness, instantly putting him at ease. Dr. Akins was fantastic—thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate. She took the time to explain every step of the examination and treatment, ensuring I understood all aspects of my dog's health and care. I’ve been taking my fur son Maltese to Dr. Akins since 8 weeks old and he is now 4 1/2 years old. We have followed her from every location to current & my husband and I are beyond grateful for genuine passion for her profession. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern facilities, which made me feel confident that my dog was receiving top-notch care. I highly recommend their services to any pet owner looking for exceptional veterinary care.
